Breast Pathology
Dr. Kovach earned BS and MS degrees in genetics
from the University of Georgia and George
Washington University before receiving his medical
degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He
completed his residency in anatomic and clinical
pathology and a fellowship in surgical pathology at
the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta,
GA. Dr. Kovach is a diplomate of the American Board
of Pathology in anatomic and clinical pathology, and
has additional training and interest in breast and gynecologic pathology.
Dr. Kovach is a devoted University of Georgia Bulldogs
fan. His personal interests include cooking, craft beer
brewing, and ballroom dance. He has a wife and three
children with whom he enjoys exploring all the
wondrous sights and activities Naples has to offer.
