Dr. David obtained her medical doctorate (M.D.) from Eastern Virginia Medical School and subsequently completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Virginia Health System in Charlottesville, VA. During residency, she was fortunate to learn from well-renowned pathologists and received excellent training. She then completed Dermatopathology fellowship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock, AR and was exposed to a vast array of dermatologic pathology.
Dr. David is Board Certified in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology and Dermatopathology. She has co-authored three book chapters and holds several publications relating to the field of Dermatopathology and shows a burgeoning interest in adnexal neoplasms. Prior to her medical training, she was an American Society of Clinical Pathology-Board Certified Medical Technologist with extensive training in bone marrow/peripheral blood morphologic assessment. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, “dessert hunting”, keeping active, paintball, and horror movies.
